وش نجمع
- اسمك، ورقم جوالك، وبريدك الإلكتروني إذا كتبته.
- هل أنت طبيب أو عيادة، واسم العيادة إذا كنت عيادة.
- وقت التسجيل، ونص الموافقة اللي ظهر لك.
ليش نجمعها
عشان نتواصل معك بخصوص منصّة إحال: نبلغ الأطباء أول ما نطلق، ونرتّب موعد مع العيادات اللي تطلب. ما نستخدمها لأي غرض ثاني، وما نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة.
على أي أساس
على موافقتك اللي تعطيها بتحديد مربع الموافقة. تقدر تسحبها في أي وقت.
وين تُحفظ ومين يشوفها
تُحفظ في حساب إحال على Google Workspace، ويشوفها فريق إحال فقط. قد تُعالج خوادم Google البيانات خارج المملكة.
كم نحتفظ فيها
إلى أن نطلق المنصّة، ثم لمدة أقصاها 12 شهر بعد الإطلاق، أو إلى أن تطلب حذفها، أيهما أقرب.
حقوقك
لك الحق تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو تسحب موافقتك. تواصل معنا على: info@eihal.com

What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, and email if you give one.
- Whether you are a doctor or a clinic, and the clinic's name if you are a clinic.
- When you signed up, and the consent wording you were shown.
Why
To contact you about the eihal platform: to tell doctors when we launch, and to arrange a meeting with clinics that ask for one. We use it for nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept and who sees it
In eihal's Google Workspace account, seen only by the eihal team. Google's servers may process the data outside Saudi Arabia.
How long we keep it
Until the platform launches, then for at most 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at: info@eihal.com
